Dr. Antal is the Director of the Pediatric Diabetes Program in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology, and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is also an Assistant Attending Pediatrician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology.

Dr. Chen is the Director of the Diabetes Program in Surgery and Kilts Family Associate Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. The major research interest in the Chen Laboratory is to manipulate stem cell fate using chemical and biological approaches and to generate functional tissues and organs that can be used for translational research, including many tissue types that are impacted by diabetes.

Felicia Ann Mendelsohn Curanaj, M.D.
Dr. Mendelsohn is the Director of the Inpatient Glycemic Management Program at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Weill Cornell Medical College. She is a leader in quality improvement initiatives at Weill Cornell to plan and implement strategies that improve inpatient glycemic management across all NewYork-Presbyterian campuses. Dr. Mendelsohn is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Diplomate in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

Dr. Dakin is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine. He has conducted clinical and basic research throughout his career. His current research interests focus on minimally invasive surgery, surgery for morbid obesity, and the biologic mechanisms behind obesity and how they are affected by surgical treatment.

Dr. Evans is the Peter I Pressman MD Professor in Surgery, co-Director of Diabetes Program in Surgery, Vice Chair for Research, Chief Division of Research of Department of Surgery, and Associate Dean for Research of Weill Cornell Medicine. The Evans laboratory studies the molecular regulation of organogenesis and currently uses two primary model systems, human pluripotent stem cells and the zebrafish, to probe genetic regulatory networks that are implicated in human congenital and acquired disease, including diabetes.

Dr. Alexis Jamie Feuer is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and Assistant Attending Pediatrician at the NewYork-Presbyterian Phyllis and David Komansky Center for Children's Health/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology and is the current recipient of the Caryl & Israel A. Englander Clinical Scholar in Children's Health at Weill Cornell Medicine.
